Zippo® orders are shipped out the same business day or next business day (Monday-Friday). We only ship to the United States. Our method of shipping is USPS. Most orders are received within 5 business days but we strive to get them to you even faster.  You will receive a shipment confirmation email sent to the email you provided with your tracking # and day it was shipped out. If your order has not reached you in 8 days from your shipment date please contact us here and we will be happy to assist you.


Damaged or defective products may be replaced if they are returned within 30 days of receipt. Your product will be replaced with the original item. You are required to e-mail us for approval prior to returning your product for exchange. We will pay any costs involved with returning damaged products for replacement.
